  We had a great experience at the Wingstop in Doral! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and the service was excellent.. Yiset was extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. They made sure everything was perfect and made our visit even more enjoyable. Wonderful customer service—we will definitely be returning!

  put a late night order because it's one of the only places open until 2. the staff straight up lied to me and said they don't have the order and that someone else picked it up. I was was thinking that they were telling the truth but a couple of other people came in to pick up their order and they told him the same bold-faced lie. in reality they probably didn't want to make it because they were cleaning 40 minutes before close. it's not worth ordering here late at night. you might not get your food.

  Worst wingstop location I’ve been to. The food is always good but the staff never fails to miss an item in my order. I can’t walk out without checking it. Nonetheless, I ordered for delivery today. Missed 2 items yet wouldn’t refund or offer a resolution. Giselle has to be the worst manager I’ve encountered. I’ve worked takeout before at a restaurant and am fully aware that making a mistake as the staff and expecting the client to inconvenience themselves is bad service!! Think about a new manager and less snarky ladies running the store.
