  Absolutely unacceptable service. UPS marked my package as "Delivery Attempted" at 2:11 PM, despite the fact that we were home all day and no driver ever came to our house. No door tag was left, no knock, and no attempt was made to contact us. To make matters worse, the tracking information now claims the package is being rerouted to an Access Point because UPS was "unable to deliver." That is simply false. I spent considerable time trying to reach a live person and discovered that UPS has made it nearly impossible to speak with an actual customer service representative. Between inaccurate tracking updates and the inability to obtain assistance, the entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. Customers deserve honesty and accountability. Marking packages as "delivery attempted" when no attempt was made is misleading and unacceptable. I expect much better from a company entrusted with delivering people's purchases and important documents.

  Tobías Berardinelli provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. He was incredibly helpful, patient, professional, and always made me feel valued as a customer. His communication and attention to detail were excellent, and he consistently went the extra mile to ensure everything was taken care of. You can tell he genuinely cares about people and takes pride in what he does. Highly recommended!
