  I am a frequent UPS customer who ships packages weekly, and unfortunately, this is the worst UPS store I have ever dealt with. In the past 15 days alone, I’ve used this location twice, and both times my packages experienced delivery delays. That level of inconsistency is unacceptable, especially for someone who relies on timely shipments on a regular basis. On top of that, the staff is extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Their attitude makes the entire experience frustrating, and it feels like customer service is not a priority at this location. I would not recommend this store to anyone who values reliability and professional service.

  Every time I go there, it is a pleasure! I know this sounds silly. But they know what they're doing and are very friendly!

  Cada mes hago el mismo envio en tamaño, producto, y destino no varia en nadaaaa , lo cual la medida a variado y el precio ni se diga, a principio de mes fui a enviarla nuevamete y le dije al joven: ven no entiendo porque casa que vengo el precio sube si la caja es la misma con lo mismo y al mismo destino y su respuesta muy groseramente fue : ACA LOS PRECIOS SUBEN TODOS LOS DIAS LA VA A ENVIAR O QUE VA HACER ? mmmmm me quede sin palabras lo grosero en su respuesta y forma de tratar al cliente , me quede mirandolo pasmada y le dije claro que mas voy hacer necesito enviarla , pero lo que me estas diciendo no tiene sentido como me va a decir que los precios suben todos los dias y me mira con cara burlona.
