  The delivery service itself is good and gets the job done… the only complaint I have is the customer service. The employees always sound bored and uninterested in helping, as if they just want you to leave. Even though this location is the closest to me, I visit the other locations when I can, simply because the customer service is better. Please train the staff at this location to be more polite— it makes all the difference!

  What is going on with the UPS staff? Every day they treat people worse and provide poor service. They are constantly on their phones, they aren't pleasant, they are rough with you, they won't even look you in the eye, and they give rude answers. If you have a problem, they don't help or offer a solution. Do they just not like their jobs?
