Very disappointing experience at the FedEx store in Doral (Case #C-2355800729).
The manager, Charles, handled the situation poorly and refused to help resolve a clear mistake made by FedEx. My package was incorrectly returned to me instead of being delivered to the address I originally paid for. Despite this error, he insisted that I pay for shipping again and specifically stated he would not use the store account to fix the issue.
Rather than taking responsibility or assisting as a manager, he blamed the driver and claimed it was not his fault. This is unacceptable customer service. When a company makes a mistake, the customer should not be forced to pay twice.
I have already filed a complaint with FedEx customer service. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and willingness to resolve the issue was extremely frustrating. Experiences like this are exactly why customers choose competitors like UPS.
I will not be returning to this location
