  The staff was wonderful — very helpful, friendly, and they assisted me throughout the entire process. My disappointment has absolutely nothing to do with them. Unfortunately, the quality of the business cards was extremely disappointing. I chose FedEx because I needed the cards quickly, so I wasn’t expecting luxury or premium-quality cards, but I definitely wasn’t expecting the paper and overall finish to feel this cheap. I ended up with business cards that I don’t feel comfortable using professionally, which means I now have to have them printed again somewhere else. So in the end, I didn’t just lose money — I lost something even more valuable: time, especially when getting them quickly was the whole reason I chose FedEx in the first place. The staff and service were excellent, but FedEx really needs to offer better quality options for professional business cards.

  Muy mala experiencia. Recibí mis tarjetas, pero la impresión llegó prácticamente ilegible y no tienen la calidad que esperaba. El material y la información impresa no se pueden leer correctamente, por lo que las tarjetas no cumplen con su propósito. Esperaba un mejor control de calidad antes de realizar la entrega. Solicito una solución y el reemplazo del producto en condiciones adecuadas.

  Great store! I needed to get something printed and Jelanni was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Great customer service especially from Jelanni!
