  I recently visited your location while on vacation with my son to purchase a new line, and I was deeply disappointed by the treatment we received. A young Spanish-speaking employee appeared to deliberately give me a hard time, feigning confusion about English to the point where I had to seek assistance from a neighboring business (NY Nails) just to communicate. What truly alarmed me was her attempt to run my payment incorrectly. She repeatedly tried to process my card as “debit” and requested my PIN number despite my clear instructions to run it as “credit.” I personally witnessed her pre-selecting “debit” at the register even though the “credit” option was available. This behavior came across as manipulative, deceptive, and an absolute waste of my time. The entire experience felt unprofessional and scam-like, leaving me to question whether this location engages in disingenuous practices due to low sales or commission pressures. As a customer, this was both frustrating and unacceptable. I strongly urge your company to investigate this matter to ensure no other customers are treated this way. At present, based on my experience, I would not recommend anyone do business at this location. Buyer beware.
