literally so slow. took so long to get our food didnt even taste that good.

My family and I visited Destin as we have on numerous occasions. My children wanted Wingstop. We we're greeted by the cashier, she then proceeded to take our order and speak with other employees. She called my order back to me and it was wrong. I repeated my order to her and she seemed as if I upset her! I waited for my name to be called and NO ONE called out my name for my order. My order was sitting on the rack for 28 minutes! My daughter asked about my order and one of the employees stated "OH it's right here"! After we received our order that proceeded to laugh and smirk and went to the back were they turned up music and started singing! This whole experience and behavior of your employees is unacceptable and should be addressed. Thank you

I never leave reviews, but this felt needed. As soon as we walked in we were not greeted kindly whatsoever. We were met with 3 workers standing against walls on their phones one specific girl working was extremely rude. Looked at us shook her head and rolled her eyes then proceeded to look at us and say “we only have sandwiches” and look back down at her phone. We then asked if they still had fries or any type of wings at all. We were told they still had fries but no wings at all there were two other ladies sitting at a table and also seemed extremely aggravated but they were eating wings so I’m a bit confused on that part. I’m also confused how you are called WING stop and have 0 WINGS!? We decided since they only had sandwiches we would order them. When we were ordering they were not kind turned away from us most the time and seemed as if we were a bother instead of buying customers. We finally got our food after waiting around 20 minutes and we were the only customers in the store. When walking out we said thank you they just looked at us and the same girl who was rude yelled BYEEEEE at us and started laughing. When we got to the car to eat we opened our food, my friends fries had a hair in them! We called to see what we could do and they told us it was not their fault and that there’s no possible way that a fry could have a hair on it. I was so shocked by the way we were treated and the fact they had no wings was beyond me because that’s not something I would think to call and ask honestly. Overall probably the worst customer service I’ve ever seen! Hope they can find kindness in their hearts because that’s was absolutely ridiculous. Shoutout to the guy who gave us the bathroom code though you were the only one who was kind!

never had a problem until the rude lady working the register started the conversation talking to me sideways and then proceeded to decline me service while everything was obviously still on, no business, because they “were only accepting online orders” (only 12:40 mind you). so i left and placed an online order and while i was waiting for it saw other customers pick up their orders, so when it was ACTUALLY closing time i came to check on my food and they claimed they never got they never got the order with a stanky attitude. food is usually pretty mediocre anyways definitely wont be returning after this
