  I kid you not, we arrived at 8:50 and left at 9:40pm for our food. More than 30 minutes for a 5 piece tender and fries. Everyone else was served before us with larger orders and the customer service was horrible. Please don’t waste your time.

  Terrible service. No sense of urgency. Staff is very lazy and after waiting for 20 mins i tried to use the rr and they said I couldn’t without a receipt but I can’t seem to order even after 20 mins because the cashier is missing….so we left. No one seemed like they wanted to work

  Really disappointing experience. We waited in line for about 15 minutes and no one attended to us. While we were waiting, we asked to use the restroom and were told we needed a receipt first—even though we were literally standing in line trying to order. After waiting that long without being helped, we ended up just walking out. Customer service definitely needs improvement
