  Jose was AMAZING! 🙌🏽 He was super informative, funny, patient, and actually took the time to make sure I got the best deal instead of just trying to sell me anything. 😂 He knew his stuff, kept it real, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.   First and foremost just wanted to say great great Customer Service an amazing personality a gentleman named Jose who I believe is New went over and beyond helping us get a phone and switching over all of our information. He was very educated in knowing how to do these things that we needed done. We laughed and even prayed together outside of the deal that they have going on I would say the experience alone was enough don’t wanna make me come in and pay my bill every month.

  I’d like to recognize Jose Reyes for providing great customer service at Cricket Wireless. He was helpful, respectful, and patient. He made sure all of my questions were answered, and took the time to help me understand everything clearly. We also prayed together and talked about our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, which made the experience even more meaningful to me.
