- MLMichael Luchen3 days ago5.0Sunday, October 11th, around 3 PM. I called ahead — I was 15 minutes out and they were about to close. The guy on the phone didn't hesitate: "Come on over, I'll wait for you." And he meant it. He told me his name but the connection wasn't great and I didn't catch it clearly — I feel bad about that because he deserves the credit. I walked in right at 3 and he took care of everything without rushing me, without attitude, just solid professional service. I need to put this in perspective because I've had the opposite experience at another UPS Store in the area — the Military and Linton location. Two or three bad run-ins with the same employee there. I checked their Google reviews and I'm not the only one — the complaints all point to the same guy. That's what makes this place stand out even more. Whoever that Sunday shift guy is, he's exactly the kind of employee you build a business around. Friendly, efficient, treats you like your time matters. I'm done driving to the closer store. The extra 15 minutes is worth it. This is my UPS Store now.

- GBgilaine benjaminAug 6, 20261.0These workers either don’t know how to pack items or are clueless. I gave a medium size shopping bag of items to be packed & shipped. The Indian guy processing my shipment placed it in a box that was too small kept pushing down with all his weight for it to close rather than get a bigger size box. If my items are damaged due to his ignorance forcing my items into a box obviously too small I will NEVER be back & will post on social media as well as neighborhood sites about my negative experience. I have already shared my experience with the vendor that’s the receiver. Unbelievable - So frustrated
