  I have been going to the Delray Beach location for 5 years and am happy with every experience I have (which is a lot!) I enjoy every team member at this location and they are always happy to assist customers! Thank you Holly, Jake, Joe & JD!

  UPDATE: Do not use this store for anything Overnight or next day air. So after they mishandled the package which didn't get to the station in Riviera Beach on time because of the large volume of amazon packages, I had to have this package rerouted to New York since the package contained important documents (Hence overnight was used) and they also mishandled it and finally delivered it 3 days later. Despite Mr. Ortiz putting in writing I would be refunded for the package not being on time, they not only didn't refund me but charged me another $78.42 in delivery fees which all goes back to UPS not being able to get overnight packages on time to the station becuase the Amazon returns are priority. When I called the guaranteed refund department they told me no refund. So I now have to fight them to get the $100.00 back and I see this going to small claims court. The hours I wasted dealing with thier customer service I will never get back either. SO if you have anything important that needs overnight delivery consider Fedex as there is a station a few miles away or another location. This is the third time now overnight packages have not been delivred on time because this location prioritises Amazon returns over actual priority packages. The refund guarantee is nothing more than a scam in my opinon as they did not refund in fact they charged me an addition fee to fix their screw up. Staff is AMAZING - 5 stars for ths staff is too low. If I could give them 10 stars I would. The reason for the 1 star is UPS product as a whole. UPS as a product is awful. I am now on my third package which I pay a premium for overnight shipping that will not be delivered on time. The problem is this store is bogged down with Amazon returns and threfore by the time the UPS driver is done putting them all on the truck the overnight packages never leave the station at Riviera Beach so do not use them for overnight packages or even 2nd day air as they will not deliver on time and you will get additional aggravation from UPS customer service which is outsourced and are not helpful at all. Unfortunately there is nothing anyone at the store can do either as they are handcuffed by outdated corporate policies. They also need to figure out a way as a whole the UPS store brand to stop making amazon returns a priority. This is on corporate and not the staff that have to deal with people who don't print out labels or package their returns. They are losing business because people who are there to use UPS and pay for shipping don't want to wait all day for the amazon returns to hodl up the line.

  Holly and her team are on point. My packages are always accepted delivered and sent on a timely basis I'm contacted if there's any issues, they are always friendly and we consider them part of the Lightspeed Group team
