  Came in to ship a small item. Needed a small box (about 2-3 inches). They had one that fit perfectly. The young clerk was ringing me up for less, then an older guy jumped in at the last minute and added more charges — $5.99 for the box plus $1.99 just for tape. $8 for a tiny box and tape? I've shipped 3 big boxes elsewhere for $11 total. Is this normal pricing? Felt like I got taken advantage of because I didn't know better. Won't be back. Here's a reply for the owner: With respect, your response shows you didn't read my review. My issue isn't "unexpected costs" — it's inconsistent pricing. I paid $11 for a large box your staff packed and taped for me. Then I was charged $7 for a tiny 2-3 inch box with no packing at all. Your clerk was ringing me up for less until someone jumped in at the register and raised it. That doesn't add up. I won't be back.

  I was going to go to this location for some papers I need notarized and printed but after reading all the reviews that say the exact same thing almost and seeing UPS respond but never fix the actual problem I’m just gonna pay someone else to do it for me. I don’t have the time or patience for a rude or disgruntled employee idc whether he’s the owner of said store or not. Guess UPS is ok with keeping a bad employee on v. Making a pleasant experience that brings customers back.

  It is the worst service I have ever received. The store manager is quite rude and abrasive. They charge you five dollars just to open an email to print a shipping receipt! When you ask why, his response is appalling and abusive. People like this give a reputable company like UPS a terrible reputation. Then, the people at this store complain about being treated in a racist manner—when they are the ones acting aggressively and disrespectfully toward customers!

  I was hesitant to stop off here because of the recent bad reviews but I was nearby, and happy to say I had the opposite experience. The store employee named Jean was near the front door as I was walking in, so he opened the door and held it for me when I was carrying my packages. He was super friendly, asking me about my day, and the service was quick and efficient. Not more that you can ask for at a UPS store and I will come back when I’m in the area. Thank you!!
