  EXTREMELY rude service by Mr. Prepetit. When trying to explain something to him, he refused to take the time to understand, and WALKED AWAY without a word. In a professional environment such as this store, walking away from customers and saying "I'm not going to do it" is unheard of. Judging by the many negative and disappointing reviews referencing the gentleman, I believe ethics and professionalism trainings are in order.

  It is the worst service I have ever received. The store manager is quite rude and abrasive. They charge you five dollars just to open an email to print a shipping receipt! When you ask why, his response is appalling and abusive. People like this give a reputable company like UPS a terrible reputation. Then, the people at this store complain about being treated in a racist manner—when they are the ones acting aggressively and disrespectfully toward customers!

  I was hesitant to stop off here because of the recent bad reviews but I was nearby, and happy to say I had the opposite experience. The store employee named Jean was near the front door as I was walking in, so he opened the door and held it for me when I was carrying my packages. He was super friendly, asking me about my day, and the service was quick and efficient. Not more that you can ask for at a UPS store and I will come back when I’m in the area. Thank you!!

  The older gentleman at the front desk should not be allowed talk to costumers. I guess no body explained to him how to talk to customer. He always confrotenchonal and rude Look closely your review it's a pattern of bad behavior Is the owner of the this store you should fire him. Is a emigrant my self I understand people deserve second chance but this employee disaster for your business. I'm a Russian immigrant we do not like to be scream at and insulted. We came here with love and respect for everyone. For your own good get wrid of this employee.

  I brought back a legal document because I had to have it notarized again due to an error on the notary’s part. The older gentleman was unapproachable, rude, unprofessional and tried to be intimidating. Overall, the location is in disarray and chaotic. I would avoid that location at all costs!
