  The older gentleman at the front desk should not be allowed talk to costumers. I guess no body explained to him how to talk to customer. He always confrotenchonal and rude Look closely your review it's a pattern of bad behavior Is the owner of the this store you should fire him. Is a emigrant my self I understand people deserve second chance but this employee disaster for your business. I'm a Russian immigrant we do not like to be scream at and insulted. We came here with love and respect for everyone. For your own good get wrid of this employee.

  I brought back a legal document because I had to have it notarized again due to an error on the notary’s part. The older gentleman was unapproachable, rude, unprofessional and tried to be intimidating. Overall, the location is in disarray and chaotic. I would avoid that location at all costs!

  Guess what? I just moved nearby but will not be using this UPS store ever again. The old guy complained for a long time, it took him longer to complain and complain about putting 3 ft of tape on my box and no help at all with a heavy box. I told him- I usually use the UPS store at Congress and Linton and they cheerfully help me with tape. Go there instead.

  Returned a chain to the ups store form Amazon on feb 20th, they created the label it never made it onto the truck or left the store, contacted Amazon they said it could take days contacted Amazon again more then a week later they said it could take days contacted Amazon again two weeks later they were the ones who said it never left the store and never was checked onto the ups truck or at a ups facility or by Amazon went back today to the ups store to ask they tried to feed me bullshit about it getting to the truck at all and to call ups shipping I’m calling Amazon today and reporting it lost or stolen since the ups store doesn’t know where it is! Maybe they should have looked around amongst missing mail and packages to see if any are lying around at all that accidentally didn’t go out!

  I use this location daily for my eBay business and they are always extremely fast professional and kind. There is a young man there who always helps me and always has a huge smile on his face.
