  I am writing to express my concern regarding an experience I recently had while returning several Amazon orders at your store. The employee assisting me was extremely rude and appeared to have an attitude toward me throughout the interaction. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced this type of behavior from her during my visits. I acknowledge that I raised my voice during the interaction, but I felt that the employee was speaking even louder and addressing me disrespectfully in front of other customers. I found her behavior unprofessional and embarrassing. I understand that customer interactions can sometimes be difficult, but I believe customers should be treated with courtesy and respect. I would appreciate it if a manager or supervisor could contact me to discuss this matter and address my concerns. Thank you for taking the time to review my complaint. I look forward to hearing from management.

  I go into this store several times a month mostly for Amazon returns. Everyone who works here is incredibly knowledgeable and polite. I recently had mix up with the DMV and had to send my plate in or else my license would be suspended, I brought it to this store to be delivered next day and there was a hold up with the driver and my plate ended up being a few days late. I called this store to help me clear it up and they immediately told me I would be refunded if my package didn’t arrive the day it was supposed to. I showed up a week later to work out the refund and the guy said he filed it for me already a few days before once he had confirmed my shipment was late. That kind of initiative and proactive approach is basically unheard of. I’ve interacted with everyone who works here and I’ve never had any issue or been treated poorly. Any review stating otherwise is an entitle Karen who is easily offended or doesn’t understand people. I wish every business had employees like this.

  Please UPS do something about this horrible store. You have a red head lady working there that is nasty and hateful. Rude and doesn't know how to talk to people. I will never spend another dime at UPS. Crazy lady told me to go to USPS, and I did. Much cheaper and very nice people in the Deland location.

  I needed name tags made up because the old ones were looking very ratty that I got made somewhere else! The ones that I had made here came out looking great and they were done quickly! Will definitely be going back!

  Don’t go here unless you want to be given a hard time and to get called a liar. Amazon needs to contract with a different shipping company. UPS is trash. That’s why the one in Orange city went out of business. This one will be next.
