  I had a great experience at The UPS Store. The representative at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. He took the time to answer my questions, provided excellent customer service, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I left feeling welcomed, valued, and very pleased with the service I received. It's refreshing to encounter someone who genuinely cares about helping customers. Thank you for such a positive experience!

  Not very friendly or helpful. If you do not have the correct box or label, they will not help. They will not discard of any boxes you have. The other UPS in Deland is the place to go. 1702 Woodland.

  I love this UPS store. They work hard. They try hard. They do a fabulous job whether it’s getting something notarized shipping. Something picking up mail returns. Everything they do a phenomenal job. I can’t for the life of me figure out why they have haters. They don’t appreciate how hard they work and what good will they have at the store so when I saw that I just wanted to give a good review because I love this little store and the people in it they’re all great! I just happen to be checking on their hours because I have a big return to do Reviews and do not understand that.
