  Yesterday I went to buy a phone and the specialist Gabriella helped me. She was kind, knowledgeable, patient, answered all my questions, and handled everything promptly. Today I received a text message from Cricket requesting feedback on Gabriella, and I definitely read it wrong. I replied with one as very dissatisfied instead of a five very satisfied. I was definitely very satisfied with Gabriella’s service. I apologize for my dyslexia. I called in today to make sure that someone knew Gabriella did a great job. Thank you!

  I came into the store at 6:45 p.m. having just had my phone stolen in the cashier there was friendly professional and quick to give me a new phone and have it activated all within of 15 minutes time frame he was extremely kind and helpful and I would love it and quick it could hire more employees like him❤️
