ANFERNIE AND ALEXIS (WOMAN IN PIC) WORKED TOGETHER TO HELP ME AND EVERYONE THAT WALKED IN WITH ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS NO WAIT NO ATTITUDES JUST SMILES AND GOOD BUSINESS.   Yesterday I went to buy a phone and the specialist Gabriella helped me. She was kind, knowledgeable, patient, answered all my questions, and handled everything promptly. Today I received a text message from Cricket requesting feedback on Gabriella, and I definitely read it wrong. I replied with one as very dissatisfied instead of a five very satisfied. I was definitely very satisfied with Gabriella’s service. I apologize for my dyslexia. I called in today to make sure that someone knew Gabriella did a great job. Thank you!

  We just got new phones and my phone was not syncing up, so I came in and was helped by Orion & Jayshuan on 5-21-25, and they not only helped me get my phone back to being synced, but gave me their patience and really took the time to help me! Both were very friendly and pleasant to deal with, and helped me navigate through my new phone and showed me helpful tips about my phone! This is store definitely made me Happy today! Highly recommend!

  I came in to this store from another with a bad experience and this store was absolutely wonderful. The customer service from Kaylee and Crystal was outstanding!! Highly recommend this store to others!
