  Best UPS experience ever thanks to Kelly. She was friendly, courteous, funny, and reassuring when it came to letting me know she would package my Nana’s precious paintings for shipment. Wish she worked at the UPS near me in Arkansas! Although, for her sake, I’m glad she is on a beach in Bocca.

  Kelly is amazing, I return here on a regular basis. Everyone who works there is so friendly and helpful and very patient. The best UPS store in The Boca Raton/Deerfield Beach area.

  They are so friendly and efficient. A pleasure to transact with! Way more trustworthy that USPS IMO. There are other UPS store options for me, but I always come here (even if I pass others) because I know I’m going to be treated kindly & respectfully.

  Definitely the “humans” working there are the best part! Sal, the girl that helped me was very nice. It’s rare to find places with happy workers nowadays.

  I went to the store to inquire about opening a mailbox. At the end when she told me the price $216 I told her no thank you. I got home and got a text receipt for $3.47 Charging me for copies. I did not request any page copies of anything. I will probably never visit the store again. I will be disputing the charge with my bank, it was unauthorized! Very poor Management!!
