  Marcus interacted with every customer and was polite and solution forward. I had several large packages that had to be air shipped and he was able to assist. I enjoyed his professionalism and conversation. Marcus is very entertaining and had some really great jokes for me while I waited. It’s always great to experience stellar customer service and pleasant people. If you stop by and see Marcus, then you’re going to be well taken care of.

  Disappointed for someone in the office needs to go through training. A customer trusted they would deliver a print with the white glove treatment to only find out 2 out of 3 completely bubble wrapped and treated with care. Only to assume my contact with whom I was working with there to help me move my mom passed the assignment to someone to finish the job and failed. The 3rd art work print was just boxed and shipped with no foam, no bubble, no popcorn nothing. We paid expecting full treatment to all 3 and the last was shattered. Please for the price we paid for the packaging have team accounted for and retrained. There is no fun having to now go thru all the damaged process steps (hoping that goes well and does not cause more disappointment as no one has that time… the whole reason we paid $$ Cadillac prices . First time but adding an edit to my original review. With persistence, I am moving a 2star to a 4star as the remediation process was greatly impressed. I filed the damage claim, keeping all package and damage evidence to appreciate the outcome of fixing the issues the best they could. Sad a print had to been delivered as such but hope store learned and I sure did!!

  Assistant Manager makes up policies fedex dont have. Reused an old UPS box with every logo and bar code covered and the assistant manager tried to refuse the shipment. She said she can still tell its a UPS box. Thats not the policy! learn your companies policies correctly.

  Nicky at FedEx absolutely saved me tonight! I came in right before close needing last-minute flyers printed for my band, and she was beyond kind, patient, and helpful the entire time. She even helped me laminate everything and somehow managed to keep us laughing through the chaos. 😂 It’s rare to meet someone who goes above and beyond at the end of a long shift, but Nicky genuinely did. Amazing customer service, great attitude, and just an all-around awesome person. Thank you again!!
