  Every one except the receptionist Lori checking out this morning was a bit rude need more customers service skills how to talk to customers.

  I chose this location because my sister said.It doesn't matter where we stay as long as it has a hot tub🤣 i chose it because of the convenience of interstate ninety five and the previous reviews stating the nice things about this hotel. I'm happy to say I agree with them all.We spent the weekend in a king size suit, it appeared to be newly renovated with really great amenities. There is so many Great things I can say about this Best Western Plus Deerfield Beach FL location! But I will sum it up by saying; when we come back to south Florida, this will be my first choice of where to stay!! Close to the Beach, Restaurants and Shopping!

  I checked in at the Best Western Plus and I was greeted by Jalen it was nice to be greeted by someone so friendly Also I spent 4 weeks here. It was my home for a bit. Sandy and Lori were so friendly. The staff was always kind and respectful to me. I can not thank them enough for the wonderful hospitality they gave me. The pool is beautiful and nice. I recommend them completely to everyone. Thank you again for always being kind.

  I am a frequent guest at your location in Deerfield Beach. All of the staff are great and a special thanks to Jalen who works at the front desk. From my first stay I was impressed with his professionalism and courtesy and above that on numerous occasions has gone out of his way to assist in locating items for me. Outstanding in guest service and care!

  Great visit! Would definitely be back! Jerome checked us in. He was AMAZING! He helped us over the phone to ensure a room was available after midnight, when we had to leave another hotel due to a situation we had. He checked us in quickly and was so kind during the entire transaction (even with the phone ringing constantly, and another guest trying to check in, and him being the only person to do it all. He kept extremely calm. He gets 100%! After the first nights we decided to extend our stay for another 3 nights. It was clean, large room for our family of 4. We had a room on the I95 side, but noise was not an issue while the door was closed. Bathroom was clean. Beds were clean. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was great! Lots to choose from which is great when you have children. Parties, yogurt, cereal, waffles, bacon, eggs, juices, coffee and more! Pool was AWESOME! Large clean pool. Large area for sitting. Beautiful outdoor garden around around pool. Other staff was also very kind (didn’t get there names, but 2 women at the desk helped me to extend our stay) They were very kind! We will come back!
