  Fast and excellent customer service. Very nice staff. Ormond is so rude. I am glad this location is now close to me.

  This store makes me appreciate my hometown store. On vacation and brought in a box to return to Amazon. Was sent outside to put a piece of tape on the flaps. Then charged to print the Amazon return label. Also overheard the female manager telling the front desk clerks it’s not their problem and to not help another customer track a lost package. Poor leadership.

  Absolutely the rudest employees I have ever interacted with. We had 1 pre printed label for a package, 2 large packages to send, and another smaller package. We wanted to weigh our larger packages to evenly distribute the weight and they continuously harassed us through out the process. The large packages were totes and we just needed to open them and move one or 2 things over to the other and they did not want to allow us to do that. Ultimately we walked out of the store and told them we would take our business elsewhere. I do not recommend using this UPS location. Side note, computer for patrons did not work and available packing items were over priced.
