  I go to this location for convenience and the employees are usually very friendly and enjoyable to interact with. However, that was not the case recently. When I first entered I noticed it was unusually empty and when I went to the front to quickly drop off a package I was met with a very unfriendly demeanor. An older lady with a fake smile just instantly acted as if I caused her an inconvenience by existing. She did not want to work and made it my problem even though I didn't even get a full sentence in. Horrible costumer service from that worker, I just turned away and left as I did not want to deal with Miss Wicked Witch of Beville. Luckily the Port Orange location was on the way and they were much more friendly. 1 minute in and out.

  Ms. Katie is incredible. I didn’t even have to say a word. She knew exactly what I needed and resolved my issue in no time! Tremendous worker and very charismatic. Type of person that brightens up your day!!

  Delivery guy didn’t knock on the door to get a signature. He just put a sticker on door saying attempted delivery. I was home all day. Now my package is delayed even More! I paid for 2nd day delivery and I’m getting 5 day delivery. Very dissatisfied with this service. Will not be using UPS ever again!!
