  Rude customer service. My crime was to stand at the available counter next to the counter where the one customer in the store was. She turned to me and became huffy and the store rep apologized to her on my behalf while scorning me. I was standing at the other checkout counter - one of three. He then pointed to the sign that no one sees or "obeys" that says to stand there when all counters are full, which they were not, only one of three counters were taken. There was also someone else working and I went to the second counter, one of three total counters becuase that person usually comes to the counter to help customers. Then, a man walked into the store and walked right up to the vacant counter as I had and everyone else does and been scolded about doing so. The rep did not in turn aplogize to me about the man walking up to the counter; instead, he said "yeah, everyone does it". I did not feel an apology was in order to me becuase a custoemer walked up to the counter, just that I should not be treated this way for something everyone else does when they walk in - The rep acted like it was no big deal and would not comment why I was treated poorly for something that everyone else does. Last time I'll go there even though it is close to my house and I have been going there since it opened. Fast forwad to today, multiple days after I dropped off my package and my package is now unaccounted for and this store told me there is no way to figure out where it is becuase it is Amazon's and it should turn up. So, beware, if you drop it off there becuase evidently they accept no accountability for packages they accept. One hour later of my time, I still don't know where my package is. Normally, I would figure it would work out but based on the rep's behavior I worry that he did something to my package. The manager confirmed that they cannot tell me where my package is but that they usually show up ... I can breathe a sigh of relief now that the manager feels it may turn up. It seems to me that the UPS store should be the one to spend their time finding my package that I left in their care. Reviewers should not be forced to give one star when ) stars is what this UPS earned.

  They are a team of individuals that speak customer service so loud, it shows! I can’t express the amount of gratitude I have for every worker let alone notice their efforts. Hats off to the entire squad, you guys are the best!
