  If I could, I don’t even want to give them a star. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received at the UPS store. I had come in specifically for notary services. Initially, two people working at the front desk asked what I needed and I explained that I was only there for the notary service. They assured me that another person would be there soon and asked me to wait at the notary desk which I was completely okay with that, but as time passed, all the other customers left, leaving me standing alone in front of the desk. To make matters worse, I noticed the woman who had previously handled my notary service came out from the back and started to pack packages at the open station. Later other two joined her and they were having conversations. I patiently waited for at least five minutes, but they continued their conversation without even acknowledging my presence. (Which is impossible them to not notice me sine I was literally the only ONE in the store and I notified them beforehand what I needed)

  Convenient location but has no internet for customers so you have to download your qr codes for returns and save or print screen. PITA

  Went in there with a corrupted label, unable to print in order to ship my package. Ryan went the extra mile to help me get my label problem situated and even gave me the label free of charge for the trouble. This kind of customer service that makes you want to come back!

  I accidentally brought a USPS package here, but the employee helped me out and she was so nice!! 10/10
