  I normally have good experiences going to subway. But this was my first time at this location and it was absolutely horrible. There were 2 assuming are Indian women don’t know how to do their job efficiently. One whiter lady wanted to help but couldn’t since the other 2 were trying to control the situation. (Would use names except the aren’t wearing name tags and wouldn’t tell us) But the so called not “manager” to customers (as she said) but then yet is the “manager” for the workers was extremely disrespectful and claimed refunds were not allowed for poor quality food or at all. The “Manager” and the other one had brought in her kid to work which is absolutely crazy. The little boy got most of the attention than there actual customers. Can’t forget the fact that they were holding a bag of spinach from the back and putting their hands in it eating/ giving it to the kid. Disgusting. Poor customer service & poor quality store.

  The kid was definitely on his 1st or 2nd day and made some of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time!! I used to be a sandwich artist for 4 years and he did me proud 👏

  Won’t accept manufacturers coupons, as if I couldn’t have picked that out as soon as I saw the staff.

  I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Subway. I ordered a 6-inch sub, but the employee, Princeiv, mistakenly made it as a footlong. Instead of correcting the mistake or offering a reasonable solution, she refused to sell it to me. I visit Subway often, and this was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve had. I hope management looks into this and provides better customer service training so other customers don’t have the same experience.
