Ordered the Sub online outside to use the promo code and when I walked in, the Sub was ready for pickup at the time specified. Very clean and professional location. I will definitely go back.

The food was perfect. Some Subway locations are cheap with the veggies, meats and cheeses, not here. They made the wraps perfectly. I highly recommend them.
I went in the other day before sub Club ended, the buy three Subs get one free. I wanted to purchase one sub and get my fourth sub free. I literally had pulled up the sub app as I walked in there, and all the way up until the register. I had it open showing i had already purchased two subs. I just need to purchase the third one and the 4th would be free. I had my partner with me so I could get him a nice hot meal, and me an nice hot meal. i ask at the register if the free sub was taken off. she takes a bit longer and is clearly clicking more buttons than normal for Subs. I put my number in as soon as she got to the register, and again I have my sub Club thing pulled up on my phone. I asked her as she's bringing up my Subs one of them came off as free correct ? and then she pauses for a moment, and says no. I told her that it should be and I've bought the one and got in the free one plenty of times. after having bought two already. and this is the first time I'm at this subway. I usually go to the other one. she starts arguing with me, suddenly another woman comes up and immediately knows what's going on. and says that I didn't buy enough Subs when I had the thing pulled up on my phone. I clicked out and I reopen my phone, and suddenly it says I have one sub on, the by three subs get the fourth free so I've never had the sub app malfunction like that before. I've never had this issue at any other Subway, and I understand that some franchise owners don't like the coupons, and free Subs. and I keep going over it in my head, and I think that they took my free sub so that I would have to pay for both of them and not get my free one. as well as both the ladies were treating me like I was completely stupid. like I didn't know how the app worked, and to be honest if my partner wasn't there I would have just bought the one and left! looking at other people's reviews there are a heck of a lot of one star reviews and to be honest. the subs do not taste the best I don't know if it's that the service gave me a bad taste or that the subs felt skipped on and I've never had a bad cookie from Subway until that day.

Came in today 1:30 started to order my sub the manager so the other lady said she was when placing my order speaks to me accusing me of ordering a sub the other day and walking out for no reason at all I ask her why she accused me and clearly she was lying I’m a sub club member and go to Beville all the time and even have use my points at that location as well just randomly accuses me with no other words I felt very discriminating against and would like some corporate individual to respond and watch the video of the disrespect I couldn’t believe it
