  The costumer service Kaylah, refused to accept a package from me, claiming it couldn't be shipped from that location; I asked if anyone else knew about it, but she refused.

  It’s been a long long time since I needed copy services as my personal office is in storage so I wasn’t sure what to do with betting some print outs. Thankfully the woman working there was very patient and explained the process so well that I did not need to bother her later when I needed even more copies of the signed printouts from earlier.

  Don't not use this place, expect your shipment to be delayed or screwed! When you ask for help they throw their hands up and say "there's not much we can do" As a logistics company, finding solutions should be main priority, FEDEX is a billion dollar company with plenty of resources so when low wage employees say there nothing I can do, it's bullshit! Ive already contacted managed! good luck!
