  It's 2026, why is any business using FraudEx still? I've had countless orders shipped through this trash company and every single one has never been delivered on time.

  Not a fan. Brought in a package late, about 20 min. before closing. It was a mini split that was being returned to Amazon. It was delivered by FedEx via FedEx ground. Their was no reason why they could not take the package and they refused it and that it had to be dropped off at a Fed Ex ship center. I ended up doing that the next day. Turns out, after speaking with a couple employees at the ship center, this Fed Ex store turns the big packages away because they don't want to deal with them. This is why I typically use Brown. Will not go again, but I will use the Daytona Fed Ex shipcenter again. They are not scared of big packages there, and were extremely friendly, unlike this place.

  Went in for copies and the staff were super helpful. A guy came in with a scan code from UPS and they were so nice to him explaining why he could use FedEx for his return package (free). The guy asked them to tell him where the UPS store was and then proceeded to ask about locations in other towns. They were incredibly helpful and kind. Above and beyond for sure help!!
