  6:58pm I pulled up. They informed me that they were closed. Door was locked. They refused to open the door refused to do anything walked away. I will be coming back to speak to a manager

  I usually do not write reviews, but, I am really mad. I have been with cricket for over 25 years. I drove all the way to Daytona from Ormond By The Sea after speaking to a gentleman about the phone I wanted to purchase. When I got there he pulled a bait and switch on me. When I called him on it, he lied and said he sold the last one minutes before I got there. Thinking about switching companies, I hate being lied to and scammed!

  My mother-in-law took her old phone to unlock for me. She said there was a really kind, hardworking man worked on the phone for an hour and made it work for me. I am really grateful for him. 👏 ❤️ thank you to the man 🧍‍♂️ AND my mother in law.

  The agent working in this store went above and beyond for me. Cricket should be extremely grateful to have this man working for their company. He’s a huge asset to the company and I very much appreciate his time and effort today to get my issue resolved.
