  What an absolutely horrible experience at this accommodation. I had a confirmed booking through Booking.com, the guy on the desk was extremely rude and unhelpful saying he couldn’t find my booking and pretty much wanted me to go away even though a room was still available he was just unwilling to honour the rate. My Autisic son was incredibly upset to see how this staff member was treating me

  I cancelled my stay because the hotel conditions were unacceptable. The air conditioning barely worked throughout the property, and the carpet had a strong, unpleasant odor. The air in the room felt moldy, making it difficult to breathe comfortably. It took nearly ten minutes for anyone to appear at the front desk, and when someone finally did, they showed no customer service skills at all. The overall environment felt neglected, unsafe, and unsanitary, leaving me no choice but to cancel my reservation.

  Clean place. Close to everything. Got a great deal on a room for my 3 small daughters and myself. Breakfast included. Two comfy beds. Will stay here again when I return to Daytona.

  We had two rooms and they were both covered in German roaches The roaches were on the tables beds and on walls. The wall and ceiling had black mold on it also the ceiling. The outlets in bathroom and by the bed didn’t work either. Walking down the hall it smelled horrible with marijuana Also brought this to the attention of the night desk clerk and she said yea they smoke weed in here. The carpet in the room (both) were soaked My son in law was checking through his checking account and the desk clerk picked up his card and did the payment without his permission. The drink machine we paid almost $4 for a drink and it was very hot Took it to front desk and asked to change it out for the cold one she said no can’t do that. When talking to the front desk she said “sorry will pass on information are yall staying another night?” I was also talking to other visitors and they had the same issue with roaches. One man stated his shower didn’t work and the staff laughed at him and said you must not know what you are doing but then put him in another room. I will never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone
