  Jesse is literally the best and the really kind man inside was amazing too. Our car’s battery died on the side of the road and we purchased it from them and Jesse immediately went to install. Super kind, both of them. 10/10 😭

  Hands down the best customer service I've experienced in a long time! My mom and I stopped by Advance Auto Parts on W. International Speedway Blvd. to buy a new battery for my truck. Before we left the store, I asked General Manager Ronnie Lopez if I'd need any special tools to replace it. Without missing a beat, Ronnie said, "You'll need a few special tools." Cue my sweet Boomer mom, who innocently asked, "Are you a tool?" 😂 The entire store got quiet for about half a second before Ronnie laughed and replied, "According to my wife, I am!" We were all laughing, especially after my mom realized what she'd accidentally asked. Instead of making things awkward, Ronnie's sense of humor immediately put everyone at ease. Then he did something even more impressive. Since my truck was parked about five miles away, Ronnie actually followed us there and installed the battery himself. While he was at it, he took the time to show me exactly how to remove the old battery and install the new one so I'd know what to do next time. That's the kind of customer service you just don't see anymore. As a U.S. Army veteran, I also really appreciated the veteran discount, which helped offset the cost of the new battery. Ronnie didn't just sell me a battery. He gave us a great laugh, went way above and beyond to help, taught me something new, and turned what could have been a frustrating day into a memorable one. Advance Auto Parts is lucky to have him as their General Manager. He's earned customers for life... Thanks Ronnie!
