i’d love to get my full order next time i pick up something from them . just once. the latest time i went, they forgot the fries, which prompted me to go back and request them again

Absolutely horrible! My mom asked them if they remembered the ranch. They said yes after already having poor service. She’s older, she comes home and no ranch. Not even one. The location is ran by a bunch of people who have no customer service skills. They didn’t offer anything knowing I had to come back 20 minutes just for ranch. Ridiculous! No matter how many times we try them out, it’s always bad service! This is the last time! I just tried to call the manager from the number I was given and of course, no answer!

Absolutely disappointed with my experience at Wingstop. I ordered plain wings, so there should have been no sauce at all. Instead, there was a pile of sauce dumped in the bottom of the bag that soaked completely through the packaging and into my car seats. The entire bag was a greasy mess by the time I got home. It’s frustrating that such a simple order was handled so carelessly. Definitely not the quality or attention to detail I expected. Rick Ross himself wouldn’t eat this!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I really wanted to shout out this Wingstop location and especially the manager, Odell.
Earlier last month, I ordered during the launch of the new Citrus Mojo Chicken and Citrus Sprite. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. Instead of leaving a public negative review, I filled out the feedback survey on my receipt. Shortly after, Odell personally reached out to me, explained some of the issues (including a Coca-Cola Freestyle vendor issue affecting the Sprite), apologized for the experience, and asked if I’d be willing to give them another chance so they could make it right.This week, I went back, and honestly the difference was night and day. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and the customer service was amazing. You can really tell when a manager actually cares about customer feedback and takes the time to fix things instead of just brushing them off.
That experience turned me into a loyal customer. I’ve already told coworkers and family members about it because good customer service like that deserves recognition. Thank you again to Odell and the team for listening and making things right!
