  I walked up to the door of the UPS store to return some Amazon stuff when I was met by an employee who informed me that they were closed and all their computers were already shut down so they couldn't do anything for me. All the other UPS stores in the area close at 7:00 p.m. so I didn't realize that this phone was a the exception and that is on me. But when I got back to my car and looked at the time, it was 5:57pm and they close at 6:00 so why are the computers already shut down? It would have taken literally 2 minutes to do my returns if the computers were still on. I had all my codes and everything ready to go. But I guess customer service is a thing of the past because this kid couldn't wait to get out of work and had already shut everything down before the store was even officially closed. I don't know why this annoyed me so much but it did. Okay. I'm done complaining but I will not come back to this UPS.

  Great experience at this UPS Store! Thomas was friendly and helpful, and my Amazon return was quick and easy. The whole return process was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend!

  Thomas was great help in fingerprinting! I don’t speak English and he helped me the whole way through, I hope everyone in the UPS store always attends with this patience!

  Went there on my lunch break to complete some paper work. The employee was so rude and intolerable. Will make sure to stop at any other USPS to not deal with that aggression again.
