  I’ve been to many UPS stores for services and have had GREAT EXPERIENCE, this particular store on state road 84 and pine island was by far my WORST EXPERIENCE. I needed to print and have a lease notarized for my child’s school. This is a process I have done before at the ups store on nob hill (plantation location) it was quick, smooth and the workers were super friendly. I happened to be closer to this location with the impression I would have a similar experience. A young man greeted me and helped me print but then he had to call a young woman for help with the notary. She came from the back in pink sweat pants and bright orange crocs like she rolled out of bed and immediately huffed and puffed at me like I was a nuisance. When she saw the paper she said she needed more space. When I told her I would pay to print more of the lease for space she said no she needed lines that said “notary” and turned her back to me and started texting on her phone. I tried to explain to her I’ve done this before at other places and this wasn’t a problem trying to find a solution. She ignored me and then when I asked the young man for a manager she got even meaner saying her back wasn’t turned all the way, whilst still texting on her phone like I was a bother. She then said “go somewhere else”. That’s exactly what I did. I went to another ups store on state road 84 and 136th ave where they greeted me with a smile were professional and kind. Not only THAT but they notarized the exact document she didn’t bother helping me with without me needing to even print out more pages. The manager wasn’t in at the pine island location so I’m not sure if this is the normal behavior at this store but I wouldn’t encourage my worse enemy to go to this store. The girl there was not only unprofessional in appearance, but rude unwelcoming and didn’t even want to provide the services they advertise. Don’t waste your time or energy at this location there are so many other locations where you can have a nice experience!

  I came in yesterday and was assisted by Makiyah she was very helpful with my shipment. She made the process very quick, simple, and smooth. I am very satisfied! (smiley face)

  First time visiting UPS Store young lady at the service counter Stephanie was very sweet and professional had a lot of patience helping the elderly she is so helpful 10 stars for her can’t find young great people that want to work

  This ups store is always the best thanks to Stephanie she’s always quick and fast on her feet and eager to help me! I recommend this store over any other store !

  I walked up to the door of the UPS store to return some Amazon stuff when I was met by an employee who informed me that they were closed and all their computers were already shut down so they couldn't do anything for me. All the other UPS stores in the area close at 7:00 p.m. so I didn't realize that this phone was a the exception and that is on me. But when I got back to my car and looked at the time, it was 5:57pm and they close at 6:00 so why are the computers already shut down? It would have taken literally 2 minutes to do my returns if the computers were still on. I had all my codes and everything ready to go. But I guess customer service is a thing of the past because this kid couldn't wait to get out of work and had already shut everything down before the store was even officially closed. I don't know why this annoyed me so much but it did. Okay. I'm done complaining but I will not come back to this UPS.
