  Very disappointing experience due to a lack of pricing transparency and poor customer service. I brought in an 11 lb package to ship from Davie to Doral and was quoted $93.36 as the cheapest available option. Since the price seemed unusually high, I specifically asked multiple times whether there was a cheaper way to ship it. I was clearly told $93.36 was the lowest option. I also asked for a breakdown of the charges before paying, but one was not provided. "Thats the price". After paying, we researched the rates ourselves and found significantly cheaper UPS shipping options online. I immediately returned to the store before the package had left. Only then was I told that lower pricing was available if you had an account. That information should have been disclosed when I repeatedly asked for a cheaper option, not after I had already paid. I requested a refund, which was processed without issue. However, there was no effort to explain the pricing difference, help me access a more economical option, or retain me as a customer. "You have to have an account". Have in mind that this is same person that processed the first transaction and its now doing the return. Assistant store manager, the shirt says. My concern is not simply that the price was high. My concern is that I specifically asked for the cheapest available option multiple times and was told there was nothing cheaper than the $93. I don't ship things locally everyday. So I don't have a price comparison. Customers deserve clear information so they can make an informed decision before paying. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at this location.

  I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Anthony and Lauren during my visit, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with warmth and genuine smiles. Lauren, in particular, stood out with her bubbly attitude; she really knows how to brighten up your day! Anthony was equally attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed without being overbearing. It’s rare to find such a fantastic blend of friendliness and professionalism.   This UPS has given me the best service for my shipments. They are kind and extremely helpful. They help me with my heavy boxes and always provide courteous service with a smile.

  Just needed 1 thing printed for Father’s Day tomorrow, I called and spoke with Lauren. Showed up an hour later and Lauren was soooo pleasant and such a help.

  Sue may the Davie store was absolutely wonderful. She helped us get a difficult return situated and gone!!!! Staff is very nice and professional!!
