Location is always fast and efficient. Brianna and Jamie assisted me with mailing a package. Both of them were very knowledgeable regarding the UPS services/pricing I had questions about. I have been using The UPS Store at 6511 Nova Drive – Regency Center since 2010, for approximately 16 years, and they have consistently provided exceptional service. Over the years, they have taken care of me like family, always treating me with kindness, respect, and professionalism.
The entire staff is cordial, gracious, and genuinely helpful. I would especially like to recognize Brianna Lopez, who is always outstanding in every capacity. She is knowledgeable, patient, courteous, and goes above and beyond to ensure that every customer receives the best possible service.
It is rare to find a business that maintains such a high level of customer care year after year. I am truly grateful for all the assistance they have provided me through the years and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable, friendly, and professional service.

The associates at this location offer excellent customer service. They are patient and friendly. They also work fast, there is hardly ever a line. They work as a team and are always polite. This location is also very close to my home. Super convenient.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with the manager/notary, Ms. Brianna Lopez, at this UPS Store.
I paid $43.29 to send important legal documents via Certified Mail with Return Receipt (PS Form 3811), specifically so I would receive proof that the documents were delivered and signed for by the recipient.
After leaving the store, I discovered that Ms. Lopez had addressed the mailing incorrectly. I immediately called her the same day and pointed out the error. She assured me that she had corrected the address before mailing the documents. However, she never provided me with a corrected PS Form 3811 or documentation showing that the Certified Mail and Return Receipt services were properly updated.
Now Ms. Lopez claims that the item was sent to the correct address using the same tracking number. That explanation makes no sense because changing the destination address after processing Certified Mail should require corresponding corrections to the mailing documentation, including the Return Receipt form. The item may have been delivered, but I never received the Return Receipt that I specifically paid for and needed as legal proof of delivery.
Her current position is that because the item was delivered, she is not responsible for the missing Return Receipt. That completely ignores the fact that the Return Receipt service was part of what I paid for. Delivery alone is not the same as receiving the signed Return Receipt documentation required for legal matters.
If you are mailing time-sensitive or legal documents and need accurate Certified Mail and Return Receipt services, I would strongly recommend avoiding this store entirely!

Amazing service, super nice and understanding. Came in late to class needed a project printed and was quickly helped, walked through the process and on my way to class!
