  I have had Allstate vehicle insurance through this agency for years, originally with Herb Schultz, the previous owner. Patrick and Victoria have been extremely helpful with the renewals, the pricing, and the policy details since the change and I am extremely pleased and comfortable with them. I hit a deer in upstate New York this summer, so ended up a long way from home with major damage to my truck. When I first spoke to Allstate the intake person came across as casual and uninterested,and in fact said I would only be contacted sometime in the next week or so by an adjuster who would at that point give me a schedule for the inspection- not that it would take a week to get the inspection, but they wouldn't even schedule me for a week. Now, I admit I'm in a rural area but it's still NY state and the truck has been towed to a reputable repair shop that deals with Allstate all the time. Patrick Motta and Victoria get five stars and my endorsement because they jumped in on my behalf immediately and got Allstate to respond. In fact, two days after the accident the adjuster called, said he worked with the shop all the time, and would be there the next business day. He completed the inspection, he and the shop agreed, Allstate confirmed, the shop ordered the parts, and the truck was fixed a week later. So, all in all, it took two weeks to fix the truck, about what I expected due to the extensive damage. Without Patrick and Victoria's help who knows how long it would have taken. The only bump in the process was that phone call to Allstate, and an unconcerned claim agent. Patrick and Victoria helped enormously, got me escalated, and I really appreciate it, so I'm pleased to write this positive review. Thanks.
