  We had a great experience at FedEx Office! Johanna was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Her suggestions made everything so much easier, and she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She was also genuinely welcoming and friendly with everyone who walked into the store. Excellent customer service—thank you, Johanna, for making our experience such a great one!

  Jay the worst customer service ever walked in into the store five minutes beforeclosing. He make sure he yelled that it was four minutes three minutes , like a new years count down. Turn the lights off, took off the sign didn't answer my question . And all I needed to do was to print and go horrible, horrible customer service is not the first time he gives me attitude. This guy has an attitude that I honestly don't understand how he still works in this store.

  Had an awesome experience. Took all of 1 minute to drop a large package off for return and the lady there offered to tape it up too!
