  After a frustrating experience at another FedEx location in Plantation, my husband and I drove to the Davie FedEx store hoping someone could help us with a time-sensitive project. Thankfully, we met Johanna. From the moment we walked in, Johanna listened, understood the urgency of our situation, and immediately started working on solutions. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us meet our deadline. While managing the store and assisting multiple customers, she continued to provide exceptional service and even helped us trim our printed materials to ensure our project was completed correctly. Johanna is the definition of outstanding customer service. She multitasks effortlessly, remains positive under pressure, and goes above and beyond for her customers. It is easy to see why she has so many five-star reviews. FedEx needs more employees like Johanna. She is an incredible asset to the Davie location and deserves recognition for her professionalism, leadership, work ethic, and dedication to customers. Because of Johanna, I will gladly return to this location for future business needs.

  Absolutely awful!! Don’t ever recommend getting service from them. I spoke to Josh and he said he would print a paper for me and could come pick it up and I immediately got in my car to go and arrived at 6:01 and they would not open the door for me so I can pick it up because they said they close at 6. I literally arrived at 6:01 and begged them to please let me pick it up and they shut the door in my face. So rude and unprofessional!!!!! Wow
