  We’ll never return to this store again just out of principle, the manager needs serious customer service training. I don’t know how she is in the position of running that store but that was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had an advanced auto parts. I love these stores and she is not representative of that energy. The newer gentleman at the counter was empathetic, understanding and helpful, but every interaction with her was snappy and rude.

  I came here 2 days in a row and was treated terribly by Ruthie and Liz. The two guys that kept walking past the entire line need to be spoken to as well. I returned my items due to the poor customer service and unprofessional tone used when speaking to me. Three people behind me also left the store. I will be going out of my way to make my purchase at auto zone. I will be letting corporate know in full detail what happened. Wasted my time and treated me poorly. 0/10

  Just wanted to give a special thanks to Matthew who assisted me on 4/21/26. He was very nice, respectful and patient. He even went out his way to help me understand something with my vehicle. I greatly appreciated him and his help (the type of customer service you rarely find anymore). Bonus points because the store was very clean and well stocked.

  Myles installed my wiper blade today and wouldn’t accept a tip. He was friendly when I entered the store and extremely helpful. I recommend he get a raise as he’s an asset to this company
