  This store is amazing! Ben is always so knowledgeable! He's also pretty funny, we always joke back and forth and he never says anything offensive to me! Definitely my preferred store and my FAVORITE helper! His employees really seem to respect him as their Manager! Great job, all around! 💜🏳️‍🌈💜

  I’ve had consistently great experiences at The UPS Store #5556 in Davenport. Ben and his team are always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a smile and treated with respect. I especially appreciate how welcoming and diverse the staff is—it creates a positive atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable. Even when I stop by during busy times, I rarely have to wait because the team works efficiently without sacrificing great customer service. The location is also incredibly convenient, making it my go-to UPS Store for shipping, printing, and other services. Ben and his staff do an outstanding job, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for fast, reliable, and friendly service!
