    Leilany is a Rockstar. If anyone says this store has no customer service they are crazy especially if they deal with the most amazing person in the place. She went in my opinion above and beyond to help me get my return correct after I made the mistake of not separating my items. She fixed the problem and made everything perfect. I wish I could give her 1000 stars. She deserves everyone of them. Leilany, thank you again for being an asset to UPS.

    inform your clients of realistic wait times. 3-5 days for a package and here we go 2 weeks later still no package.
