  Ordered and paid online for a foot-long tuna sandwich. When I arrived, I was told they had run out of tuna. I asked how to get a refund, but they didn’t know. I went online and interacted with an unhelpful AI chatbot. Nearly 24 hours later, I still haven't received any response to my complaint or refund request. This store has never provided good service.

  Poor employee, made an oline order and had to wait 45mins in line to get told they never had my order to to get sent back to the line just to be told to pay for something I already paid for and showed them the receipt yaaaa idk how they still open

  I can’t recall her name, I believe she may be new. We placed an order the evening of Sunday May 31 for three sandwiches. Each sandwich was the best version of that sandwich we’ve had from subway. So good we declared subway may be back… we’ll be back!
