  The young man that closes for this subway location…needs to be FIRED!!! Every time I come to this location and he’s working. He always tells me that his manager told him to close the store. The stores closed at 11pm. I walk in at 10:05pm. This is every time. Tonight 9/28/2026, he wanted to argue with me, being straight up disrespectful. Shame subway has someone like this representing them.

  Everytime I come at 10pm the guy says they are closed. It’s crazy. Are you open until 11pm or not?!?? if you close at 10pm UPDATE YOUR HOURS. There are people getting off at 10pm wanting a sandwich.

  Ordered and paid online for a foot-long tuna sandwich. When I arrived, I was told they had run out of tuna. I asked how to get a refund, but they didn’t know. I went online and interacted with an unhelpful AI chatbot. Nearly 24 hours later, I still haven't received any response to my complaint or refund request. This store has never provided good service.
