  This is a hidden gem of Dania Beach. I had a great experience with their service. I rented a box and felt confident that my packages and mail were in good hands. My favorite thing is that they always seem to have enough people working! So often in S Fla there are so few people working that lines are long and wait times are unreasonable. They made me feel welcome and pleasantly, like a family member. Wonderful contrast to surrounding stores. Highly recommend.

  Unbelievably unprofessional service. I came in to print photographs in A5 size (8x5 inches) on photo paper- a completely standard service that I’ve had done at multiple UPS locations before without any issues. The employees at this location told me they couldn’t print them because I needed to send the “photograph in a certain size.” That explanation made no sense. When printing photos, you provide the file and specify the size you want, whether it’s passport size or larger format- that’s the whole purpose of printing services. As a result, I wasn’t able to get anything printed, because they kept convincing me that they are not able to print a photo in a certain size. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location.
