I was far from home when my car stalled. I jumped it and barely got the car to the store while it was running on "limp mode", where I met an associate named John, and received a friendly greeting from an individual ready to help. He diagnosed the issue, and ordered the part delivered that day. He then loaned me the tools to fix it, and I got to work removing an alternator. A little while into the job, he greeted my significant other and I outside with a smile and offered a couple bottles of cold water. It's in the 90s and feels like over a hundred degrees, so needless to say, I was appreciative. After removing the alternator, he allowed me to charge my phone inside while waiting for the part, staying friendly and professional the entire time. I broke a bolt during the installation, and this time it was an associate named Shawn to the rescue, removing the remaining piece of metal from the engine block and supplying me with another. When it was all said and done the repair was long and expensive, but it would have cost two or three times more at a mechanic shop. If I could give more stars, I would. Thank you again!
