  I went to order an Italian sub the two women working there had no english skills. English is still officially the language of the state of Florida and it should be part of Subway to hire bilingual workers. No smile no hello No eye contact just in very cold and unpleasant with no reaction. She does not understand anything I’m saying I have to make hand gestures on the size and type of bread I requested. I ordered 5 meat Italian. She had no idea how to make a sub. She did not understand type of bread I requested she was supposed to put mayonnaise directly on the bread and puts meat and cheese on first. I asked her where mayo she said this comes last on top. I made a joke and said this must be her version of Subway. Salami tasted sour the lettuce and tomato was dry. Almost $17.00 for horrible food and customer service. Oh women became alive when next customer spoke Spanish she smiled and awoke from her sleep.

  Es una gran falta de respeto la mujer que atiende ahí con los clientes muy mala experiencia fui en mi hora de almuerzo y me fue muy mal atienda de mala gana pésimo atención al cliente y no valora el tiempo de loa clientes atiende cuando a ella le da la gana y contesta mal q los clientes

  Excelente atención por parte de Adriana, hace los mejores sándwich, muy atenta, rapida y complaciente, deben cuidarla y estimularla pq es una excelente empleada y se muy bien lo que estoy diciendo pq trabajé 8 años en un subway

  7:45 pm and the lady refused to sell us cookies, then we saw her fixing subs to someone else at 7:55 I apoached her and she said to me she was closed when I’m seeing her fixing subs to someone else, she said those were online orders but the mall and all the other food vendors close at the same time 8, that girls is a joke, mall closes at 8 not 7:45 this is a joke all the other vendors are still selling food
