  Joe was super helpful when I had to return packages and didn't have all the supplies I needed, he helped me bag up my returns and make sure I had everything correct before we sent them off. Thanks Joe!

  They smiled when I walked in, I handed them my package, they gave me my receipt, and I walked out the door as they told me to have a good day!

  I was in this store today and I just had to leave a review. Helen, the woman behind the counter was trying to help out this guy and he was so rude and disrespectful. She did everything right and this guy just wouldn't let up. After being cursed out the manager was brought in and things only escalated. I have to commend the ladies in this store for their response to this incident. Some people just dont know how to behave in public. 5 stars for the ladies in this store, especially Helen.

  Though the manager Jennifer was extremely helpful and was able to resolve a shipping issue back to Amazon, I can’t justify giving the employee Helen anything other than completely unsatisfactory. Instead of looking for a solution, which I clearly knew existed, she just kept repeating herself. I would have even taken, “let me get a manager for you”, which I ended up doing myself. She was so concerned with some kind of policy and telling me other employees who have helped dozens of times before didn’t follow protocol. Well, I hope Jennifer explains to Helen, her job to help customers and not make it more difficult. It really was a simple solution.

  They are always so friendly and kind caring they’re always smiling and bright and happy I am always blessed to go in there and see their faces. They’re always great to be around. They always have friendly service and wonderful fast service.
