  Ordered steak, egg, and cheese wrap online and when I got there to pick it up I was informed they didn't have egg but offered me steak and cheese for the same price or I could cancel my order. Then realized that canceling the order wasn't a option and now no refund is available.

  Worker said they had soup available he made part of our party's order and then informed us that he didnt have the soup to co plate the order.

  The man that waited on us had a aditude. I thought my boyfriend wanted white bread but he wanted something else, so I changed it as he was reaching for the bread. He raised his voice and was rude
