    Accused of lying by manager. I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway. The new drive-thru uses a touchscreen ordering system, which I was unfamiliar with. When I couldn’t get the screen to work, I pulled up to the window and politely explained the situation. The employee responded rudely, told me they don’t take orders at the window, and abruptly shut the window before I could say anything else. I drove around, was eventually able to place my order, and asked to speak with the manager. To my surprise, the employee from the window was the manager. When I explained that I felt the interaction was rude, she accused me of lying about both the window incident and the touchscreen issue, even though I never claimed the touchscreen was broken. She said that I had said the touchscreen was “black” and not working, which is not what was said. I told her that I tapped it a few times and it never proceed to the ordering screen. I understand restaurants can get busy, but being called a liar by a manager is completely unacceptable. This was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I’ve had, and I believe additional customer service training is needed. Edited to add: I have emailed corporate about this issue, as I see in previous reviews a ton of people have had bad experiences with this manager.

    Lady with the black hair who I believe is the manager has absolutely no customer service whatsoever. The new drive thru screen wasn’t working so we pulled up to the window and she opened the window with a foul attitude and then slammed it. I understand there’s a “lunch rush” aka two cars in the parking lot but that is no reason to act that way towards paying customers. When confronted about the issue, the staff called us liars. Kindness goes a long way, and this location evidently has none. UPDATE: after I wrote this review I read through this locations Google reviews and it seems manager Rachael needs to have some more customer service training. Absolutely ridiculous.

    HORRIBLE LYING MANAGER!!! The app wasn’t working for my family and I to order our sub deals so I called myself and explained to the manager & she was nice stating she would make it right if I came in store. We drove down to the store (keep in mind gas is $4 a gallon). Well we get there and before I order I wanna check in with the manager. I explained that they were with me and their app wasn’t working either and IMMEDIATELY she is like No I cannot do that for all of you, that would make me look.. and then just stopped and then she said “I’m getting other orders just fine!” I offered to show her on the phones that it would not work and she then accused me of having an attitude which yeah at that point I couldn’t believe the way she switched and was so incredibly rude. Needless to say we left because we no longer wanted to endure her awful service. This one’s for you Rachel.

    my ordered was wrong and didnt offer to remake it or discount it after. They mixed my ordered with someone else's and assumed I wanted my sandwich toasted without being asked and still continued to make it. Spent over $70 dollars for 5 meals. Will not be coming back to this location at 1090 N Ferdon Blvd, Crestview Fl.

    Subway app wasn't applying the valid discount code. My daughter called and manager Rachael said she would apply it if we came into the store. We drove there and when we went in we were met with rude, derogatory comments when we wanted to use the discount for each of us. Rachael accused us of having an attitude just because we expected her to keep her word. Subway needs to train customer service better than lashing out at customers when their app isn't working.
