  One of the best subways I’ve ever been to. I go regularly and the service is always exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

  Manager slammed the window in my face!! If I could give 0 stars to Rachel, I would. Went to the drive thru this morning around 9am which is around when they open with a mobile order, got to the window and all was fine. Manager Rachel handed me my order. I tried to ask for a side of sauce and she then interrupted me before I could even finish what I was asking and stated “it’s gonna be a minute because I am the only one here and I’m in the middle of doing an order” with a bad attitude. I proceeded to say “okay that’s fine don’t worry about it” and she then slammed the window in my face with nothing more to say to me. I understand her frustration and being understaffed.. Im a previous employee here and I know how things are ran and how stressful things can get but it’s never right to take that frustration out on the paying customer over a small thing of sauce that would have taken her a second to do. I was going to just let it go because again I understand her frustration. But then I opened my sandwich to find that it was made incorrectly all around. I ordered double meat ham and salami and only received regular ham with no double meat or salami. This is the second time I’ve had my order made wrong from here. This isn’t the first instance with this manager that we’ve had. The first time she caught an attitude with us over the speaker when we mistook her for someone we knew who usually takes care of us at this location and proceeded to say “is there anything that I can actually get for you” with attitude and then poked her head out the drive thru window and gave us a very dirty look and then wouldn’t even bring us our order after that, she made another employee do it for her. Rachel’s attitude needs to be checked because from previous reviews it seems this is a normal occurrence for her. This is not how you manage and this is not how you treat customers. I don’t know if I wanna return to this location if this is how all customers are being treated. I can’t even imagine how she talks to her employees if she’s this comfortable talking this way to customers.

  I order usually once a week from this shop. Always the same order and it’s perfect every time, fresh and delicious. It’s always clean when I go inside to pickup. The ladies are always smiling. Best Subway I’ve ever been to.
