  Me and my husband went in to try and get cell service on our phones. This lady “she looked Hispanic” she was definitely talking in Spanish to other customers. She didn’t know we spoke Spanish too. She didn’t even try to do something about it in her computer. We went online and did it in five minutes. We felt very not welcomed! My advise to people is not to come to this location.

  I was in the cricket store today with kaylyn and was very helpful and patient with me she was not only able to correct the problem but showed me how to avoid it in the future i was very satisfied with the service and would like to give her a five star
