  I recently had to warranty an exhaust manifold originally purchased 4 ½ years ago, and the experience was outstanding. The store manager was behind the counter—working incredibly hard, I might add—and he assisted us personally. He was fast, professional, and had us back on the road in just a few minutes. I had mentioned that it was a five-year warranty and that the part had broken just in time. He actually corrected me, noting that it carries a limited lifetime warranty. I was blown away; you truly couldn't ask for better, more knowledgeable customer service. While I assume he was the manager (an inexperienced employee rarely has that level of expertise), he deserves serious recognition. Advanced should fight hard to keep him on the team. Honestly, if I hadn't sold my business, I would have offered him $90,000 on the spot to come work for me. Yes, he really was that good. Two thumbs up!

  We had a truly wonderful experience at Advance Auto Parts in Crestview thanks to a gentleman named Mack. We were dealing with a bad wheel bearing on a boat trailer about 200 miles from home — a very stressful situation. Mack showed incredible patience and went above and beyond to help us. He was calm, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to getting us safely back on the road. His positive attitude and willingness to work through the problem with us made all the difference. I thanked him many times, but it still doesn’t feel like enough. Thank you, Mack, for making such a stressful situation so much more tolerable. Your kindness and dedication did not go unnoticed. We are truly grateful!
