I was interested in $20 off a wireless phone plan with ACP discount but I didnt qualify. It's for people on SSI medicaid disability. Not SSA medicare. The employees were not clear on that fact. Some talked too fast to understand since they had strong Spanish accents. I'm older and have a hard time understanding things and need more explanations. The one girl was losing her patience having to repeat herself to me. So I did not switch to Cricket phone service. Straighttalk is still the cheapest data plan I can find.

Not good. They are not very knowledgeable. I was told my phone would work on their network. I paid, it didn't work. Cost me $40. They wouldn't refund.

I had a wonderful experience at this cricket store. I came all the way from Palatka to visit this location because I heard from a family how great they were. First of all the place is really clean, organized, and very easy to spot from the road. From the moment we entered the store we were greeted into a welcoming atmosphere by everyone working. They were all very kind and eager to help us out. We were assisted by Alex who was very professional, knowledgeable, and had a fantastic attitude. We were switching from boost (BOO) and he made the process, quick, painless, and stress free. Thanks again Alex for helping this ol’ Gal out today. I can’t brag on this Cricket Location enough and I will recommend all my family and friends to this specific location in the future! Thank you!
