  I have been a customer with cricket for close to a decade and have never encountered such terrible employees as I did just now. It's not that they couldn't give me what I wanted, but the way they treated me and the fact that they weren't even willing to help show me how to do something online that they can't do in the store. I'm so mad that I really want to end my service

  I would have given 5 stars BUT the fees they charge for paying your bill is ridiculous... I'm paying my bill and your charging me for it? What's the deal with that? I don't feel like I should have to pay a fee for the employees to do the job they are already paying for!!!!

  If you are existing customer and want to up grade your phone they charge you $200. More to purchase a new phone than if you're a new customer switching. This does not make sense to me.
