  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This UPS Store is absolutely amazing. I have been coming to this location on Flamingo Road for a long time, and I can honestly say the entire experience has noticeably changed for the better ever since Tiffany became the store manager. From the moment I met Tiffany, I could tell she was a bright light. She is kind, professional, positive, attentive, and genuinely cares about the customer experience. Her leadership shines through in every part of the store. The whole place feels more welcoming, smoother, friendlier, and more efficient. Magaly, Amanda, Sara, and Amber are also wonderful. Every one of them is kind, helpful, professional, and pleasant to deal with. The entire team has such a positive vibe, and you can feel the difference the moment you walk in. As a consultant and CEO of GoodVibes®, I really notice when a business gets the customer experience right — and this team absolutely does. Leadership makes a huge difference, and Tiffany is a perfect example of that. Corporate should absolutely take note of what she has created here. This is by far the best UPS Store I have been to. Tiffany and her team are spectacular, and they deserve real recognition for the outstanding job they are doing.

  Amazon says dropoff, no box or label needed. Not sure why staff doesn't accept my return and instead asks me to go to a self serve kiosk and package my own returns instead taking longer than if they did their job and provided customer service. Will not be going back, clearly new owners & new staff are not prioritizing customer service.

  I went to the store to return an Amazon item, but I wasn’t sure how to use the app. Amanda was very patient and helped me navigate it and find the QR code. She made the whole process easy and stress-free. The customer service was excellent. Highly recommend!

  I went to the store to have a document notarized, and Magaly assisted me. She was very patient, kind, and professional throughout the process. She takes the time needed to make sure everything is done correctly and provides excellent service. I have also noticed several new employees, and they have all been very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location for their outstanding customer service.
