  Not that this location cares about these reviews given the number of 1 star reviews, but for anyone using this facility for anything related to your wedding (print invitations, collecting canva orders), I wouldn't. They’re not reliable. I ordered my save the dates through canva to be printed and collected here, and paid an additional $15 for envelopes. The envelopes weren’t included with the order. When I went back to collect them, Alberto told me he simply didn’t have enough, and despite the fact that I paid for them, unfortunately he wouldn’t be able to help me. Needless to say, besides attempting to recollect the envelopes I paid for, I won’t be back.

  I paid extra for guaranteed Saturday delivery. However FedEx lost my package and did not deliver it. I called FedEx twice but of course the only people you can speak with are overseas would not help me. The store does not assist in any way. Terrible service.

  Exceptional. Brought in a large pre labeled package but my label was not scanning. David quickly had me air drop it to his iPhone so he could rescan it and relabel it for me. His energetic and attitude was unmatched as well. Thank you David.
