  Young lady who worked on Sunday, August 16 was honestly super rude and unhelpful saying she was closed at 7, but she was there around 8:15. How does that make sense? We need to do better on hiring professional people. She also was saying she only takes certain payments.

  The girl working today, August 16 around 8 PM was super rude and unfriendly definitely not coming back. I don’t understand why people hire employees like that. super unprofessional i’m very disappointed. Saying you close at 7 when ur still there at 8 only accepting certain payment methods is absolutely ridiculous please fire her!!

  The worst subway in all of USA. Incredibly rude, indifferent, cold, slow, dirty and disgusting. Don't come here if you are looking for a positive experience.

  I went to this Subway twice, and both times they refused to serve me. The first time was about a month ago. They said the machine was down. I understood and didn’t get upset because things happen, and I know technical issues can occur. The second time was today, around 8:00 PM. Once again, they refused to serve me. This time, they didn’t give a real explanation. They simply said that “today only” they were closing early and would not serve me. This was very unprofessional. If you’re open, customers should be served or at least given a clear explanation. After being turned away twice within about a month, I can only give this location one star. The customer service was disappointing.

  Came here multiple times, and every single time was horrible. Horrible service ….. the worst service I came across in a very long time… there’s just one particular gentleman there every time he is there it is extremely extremely horrible. i’ve seen bad service, but never I came across service like this in a very, very long time. first couple times came during lunch hour. The gentleman just said come back later because he’s on break and when I asked for additional assistance, he just left to go outback and the restroom. left me there waiting for a very long time until I decided to leave. Came multiple times during dinner time and was close half an hour early and even though the gentleman was still standing around doing nothing. If this large company name wants to survive this location, they must get better customer service or hire a better manager and get rid of the staff currently there….
