  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend this insurance company enough! Angel, the owner, is absolutely wonderful—she is incredibly friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her clients. She makes the entire insurance process feel easy and stress-free, and you never feel like you’re just another customer. The rest of the staff is just as amazing! Everyone is professional, helpful, responsive, and always willing to answer questions or go the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of. It’s so refreshing to work with a company that provides such personable, top-notch customer service. If you’re looking for an insurance company that truly values its clients and treats you like family, this is the place to go. Angel and her team are the best—definitely 5 stars!

  Absolutely Appalling Customer Service – Do Not Recommend! This was the worst customer experience I have ever had. I called to get assistance with my policy renewal and see if I qualified for any rate adjustments. Instead of helpful service, I was bounced from person to person, forced to wait on hold for over 20 minutes, and treated with zero respect. As an elderly individual, I expected a little patience and empathy, but received none.To make matters worse, they disconnected my call. When I called back to speak with a supervisor, they put me on hold and abandoned me there. I will never recommend this business to anyone! Avoid them at all costs.
