- MKM KSep 30, 20261.0this place needs new management and employees. Every week you go in here, but someone different with a worse attitude. Had an issue with an employee and no my return. Went to Merritt Island and they took care of the issue with a smile on their face and even apologized for the lack of customer service at this facility.
- TLTM LSep 30, 20265.0This location is our go-to place for Amazon returns; convenient location, friendly staff. Special commendation to Ms. Jessie. Yesterday 9/29 at 5:15pm, she was assisting me with my returns and had to help out at the same time when a very frustrated customer came in because apparently her parcel was not delivered on expected date/time. Ms. Jessie handled it well and so calmly. Service Recovery acronyms checked! She listened to the customer's valid complaint, let her talk and did not interrupt, she empathized and apologized; explained what could have happened and what can be done to resolve the situation. I couldn't help but notice the professionalism so I quickly looked at her name tag. (I know that deliveries are not loaded from UPS stores, so a branch can't just recover from their back office a undelivered item.) I got my returns receipt that Ms. Jessie processed. Thanked her and I exited. Not long after, that customer was walking out to the parking lot, too. I bet Ms. Jessie did not forget the last letter in that acronym, I am sure she thanked the customer for coming in.
