  This place is a joke they are rude unprofessional and are way to lazy to be doing this job I brought in 3 packages 2 Amazon package that hasn't been updated that they were dropped off and until they updated the drop off status I can't get my return the owner of this UPS store needs to get on the ball about these lazy employees

  I don't know why the Cocoa Commons UPS Store doesn't have a better review summary, we've been using this store since it opened and have never had a problem! They are all very nice and helpful... great people! Customers should not expect to have their stuff properly packaged for free! If you can't do it right, or can't be bothered to look up how, then you should expect to pay something to have them do it for you.

  This specific UPS store location in Cocoa is fantastic. Nigel is an excellent manager and the specific young lady who tended to me Whose name is Angel is fantastic. She has excellent communication skills a great personality has a lot of patience and was very specific on prices and how to properly get my items shipped out of state. She made me feel very comfortable And assured me that my items would be shipped at a decent timeframe. I am very grateful for the services that were provided I hope that she is acknowledged and recognized as a great employee
