  Im never one to complain honestly but when delivery is set for a morning time at 9am and my package doesn't come until 6pm in the afternoon after I took the day off work to wait for it... this is where I find myself complaining now. The icing on the cake is I physically seen the Driver pass my house twice! That is ridiculous!

  Their phone answering system is a joke, super frustrating, and no way to get through to a person. Do better

  The worse!! Good luck if you a package that needs signed. Will need to take the week off just to see when they will show up. Their little time window of arrival is a joke
