WARNING: DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE WITH YOUR RETURNS!
On Thursday the 28th at 1:57 PM, I brought 10 Amazon return packages to this location. Every single package had its corresponding shipping label printed and securely attached. However, when the employee handed me the receipt, I noticed they only scanned 9 items. They kept my 10th package without scanning it.
Because of their mistake (or intentional negligence), Amazon has no evidence of the return, and I am out of my money. I spoke with the General Manager, Tea, and asked her to review the security cameras to prove I handed over 10 items. She completely refused, washed her hands of the situation, and unhelpfully said it wasn’t their problem and that I just needed to have the receipt. I also spoke with an employee named Jessica, who was equally useless and dismissive.
They essentially stole my item and my money by keeping the package without scanning it. Terrible customer service and a total lack of honesty. Avoid this place if you don't want your items stolen.
I will keep this review active until management contacts me to resolve this. If you check the cameras, confirm my 10th package was left there, and help me fix this with Amazon, I will gladly remove this post.
