  I’ve shipped 251 orders this year with UPS across 10 different UPS store locations and never have any issues with the locations. The one time I stopped in to ship two items from this location, the items were scanned, labeled, and then the shipment details never updated. Both items show as never having been received or taken by UPS. When I called to ask for assistance, I was put on hold two days in a row for over 10 minutes at a time. When I called back those days, the lines was busy. When I finally got ahold of someone from the store on day 3, they couldn’t have been any less helpful and stated that in no way was it their fault that the items went missing, they would not assist me or escalate the issue, and my only recourse we to submit a missing package claim form online. Given the specialized shipping boxes I use, I believe that these items were stolen by the employees or mishandled purposefully. I would avoid this location, if something goes wrong on their end, they will just deflect the blame back to you and offer no assistance. The person I spoke to at the location treated me as if I wasn’t aware how shipping with UPS works and they could just deflect the blame elsewhere rather than offer assistance. She had a terribly attitude as well.

  Bridget really went the distance and helped me with my Amazon return as I had no idea what I was doing 😅 And was extremely friendly

  I have been going to this UPS store since Oct. 2025 and just found out the clerks name, because I asked, her name is Bridget) and she not only is an efficient worker, she is kind, remembered my name when I sent my husband in to get my pkg because I was sick, she said the pkg was supposed to be picked up by me, then he gave her my license and said I was sick. And today she asked if I was 100% better now (it was two weeks ago I was sick). She goes above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied if they have a problem. And o am not usually one to give reviews on anyone. But my personal opinion, you are very lucky to have her.
