  I have been going to this UPS store since Oct. 2025 and just found out the clerks name, because I asked, her name is Bridget) and she not only is an efficient worker, she is kind, remembered my name when I sent my husband in to get my pkg because I was sick, she said the pkg was supposed to be picked up by me, then he gave her my license and said I was sick. And today she asked if I was 100% better now (it was two weeks ago I was sick). She goes above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied if they have a problem. And o am not usually one to give reviews on anyone. But my personal opinion, you are very lucky to have her.

  The entire staff has been great ever since we started working with them to get our packages. Jesus is excellent and has helped me out several time in the store with packages. As full-time rvers, it's so helpful to have good people to work with, especially when setting up as lots of things need to be ordered. Thank you all for your help and in the near future, we will have travel/rv/theme park videos up on your channel Live Small & Wander in the coming weeks/months!!
